Test Scenario 3: Send a Reminder

Send a reminder to yourself or someone else

This test demonstrates how the assistant can schedule reminders for yourself or other people at scheduled dates or times.

Create the Reminder

You can create a reminder by either:

  • Sending an email to your assistant, or

  • Creating a new task in the dashboard

Describe what should happen and when. Examples:

  • "Remind me to call the bank tomorrow at 9:00 AM."

  • "Remind me to leave for my flight at 2:30 PM on Thursday."

  • "Remind Sarah to send me the TPS report at 8:30 AM tomorrow."

  • "Remind Marco next Monday at 11am to review the launch checklist."

What to Expect

  • The assistant will create a plan and schedule the reminder.

  • If necessary, the assistant may ask clarifying questions.

  • The reminder will be delivered at the requested time..

Track the Reminder

In the dashboard, you'll see a new Planned column.

Scheduled reminders will remain in Planned until it is time for the assistant to execute them.

From there, you can:

  • Review upcoming reminders

  • Modify instructions

  • Cancel reminders

  • Monitor execution status

Once the reminder is sent, the task will move through the normal task lifecycle and execution history will be available for review.

Additional Testing

Try:

  • Reminders for yourself

  • Reminders for other people

  • Reminders with specific dates and times

  • Reminders with additional context or complex instructions

Observe how the assistant interprets natural language and schedules the reminder accordingly.
