Testing: Additional Tasks to Try

Ideas for additional tasks to test

While Skej is designed primarily for scheduling, it can also assist with a wide variety of tasks on your behalf.

Try creating a task in the dashboard and describing what you'd like the assistant to do in natural language.

Calendar Queries

Ask questions about your schedule and availability. Examples:

  • "When am I free for a 2-hour meeting next week?"

  • "Find a time next week when John, Sarah, and I are all available."

  • "How many meetings do I have on Friday?"

  • "When is my next meeting with Acme Corp?"

Research

Ask the assistant to research a company, topic, or person. Examples:

  • "Research Anthropic and prepare a briefing document."

  • "Summarize the latest developments in AI agents."

  • "Research Acme Corp and tell me about their products, competitors, and recent news."

  • "Prepare background information on the attendees for my meeting tomorrow."

Document Creation

Ask the assistant to create documents, summaries, plans, or other written content. Examples:

  • "Create a project plan for migrating an application to AWS."

  • "Create a meeting agenda for a quarterly business review."

  • "Create a document outlining the risks and benefits of adopting AI agents."

Email on Your Behalf

Ask the assistant to draft or send emails. Examples:

  • "Email Sarah and ask for an update on the TPS report."

  • "Send a follow-up email to attendees from yesterday's meeting."

  • "Email the John, Liam, and Lynda reminding them about Friday's deadline."

  • "Draft an introduction email between me and Jensen Huang."

  • "Send a thank-you note to everyone who attended today's meeting."

Combining Multiple Actions

You can also ask the assistant to perform more complex tasks that combine multiple steps. Examples:

  • "Research Acme Corp and create a briefing document before my meeting next week."

  • "Find my last conversation with Sarah about the TPS report and send a follow-up email."

  • "Review my calendar and identify time for a project planning session next week."

  • "Summarize yesterday's meetings and email me the action items."

Track the Task

You can monitor progress in your dashboard under In Progress Tasks. There you can:

  • Review the assistant's plan

  • See actions being taken

  • Monitor progress

  • Provide additional instructions

  • Make changes while the task is running

The assistant will determine the steps required to complete the task and execute them on your behalf.
