This test demonstrates how the assistant can automatically schedule meetings with people inside your organization without requiring email coordination.
Note: All attendees in this test must be active Skej users connected to the same organization. The assistant can only automatically schedule meetings when it has access to attendees' calendars and availability.
Create the Task
Navigate to: Tasks
Click Create Task and describe the meeting you would like scheduled.
Include:
One or more internal attendees who are active Skej users
Meeting duration
Date range or scheduling constraints
Any additional context
For example:
"Schedule a 30-minute meeting with John Smith and Sarah Jones sometime next week to review the Q3 roadmap."
What to Expect
The assistant will create a plan and begin executing the task.
The assistant will identify the attendees and check availability across their connected calendars.
The assistant will find a time that works for everyone based on availability and any scheduling constraints provided.
If a suitable time is available, the assistant will automatically schedule the meeting and send calendar invitations.
No email coordination should be required.
Additional Testing
Try:
Different numbers of attendees
Different meeting durations
Specific date ranges
Attendees in different time zones
Adding location or meeting requirements
Including scheduling constraints such as:
"Avoid mornings"
"Schedule after Wednesday"
"Only book during business hours"
Observe how the assistant balances attendee availability and scheduling requirements.
Track the Task
You can monitor progress in your dashboard under In Progress Tasks.
There you can:
Review the assistant's plan
See actions taken by the assistant
Monitor scheduling progress
Provide additional instructions
Make changes while the task is running
Once complete, verify that the meeting appears on attendees' calendars and that invitations were sent successfully.
