Default Durations & Locations

Navigate to the dashboard and select the Details tab in order to set your default meeting duration and locations.

For virtual meetings, the default is set to 30 minutes, but you can select anywhere between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

For in-person meetings, the default is set to 1 hour, but you can also change it to anywhere between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

If you have a default set to 30 minutes, but you want to book a specific meeting for a different duration, you can simply ask Skej with your meeting request. Any direct request to Skej will override your defaults.

You can also update your default meeting locations.

For virtual meetings, you can select any meeting links you have connected, such as Google Meet or Zoom, or you can enter a static link.

For in-person meetings, you can set a default location like your office address.

If you want to override these settings, particularly for in-person meetings, again you can always just tell Skej where a specific meeting will be and Skej will use that location instead.
