Here are a few common issues you might find with Skej, and how to resolve them!
I asked Skej to change a setting, but it doesn't remember it.
Skej can't update account settings or remember requests using natural language. Any updates around your availability, buffers, calendars, memories, or any other settings found in the Skej dashboard need to be changed there. Skej may tell you it made the change, but it won't remember it beyond the current meeting.
If your request is a change that does only apply to a specific meeting, like changing your time zone, saving an address, etc., the changes will apply to that specific meeting only.
Why is Skej asking me to book the meeting, or asking me for my availability?
If Skej comes back to you in a thread and asks you for your availability or asks you to create the calendar invite, it's possible that your calendar got disconnected. Go to the dashboard and make sure your calendar is connected. You can also try disconnecting it and connecting it again.
To test if it's connected, try blocking off time on your own calendar to see if Skej will do it. Write to Skej 1-1 and say something like "Block 30 minutes on my calendar tomorrow at 3pm." If Skej does it and the event shows up on your calendar, then the calendar is connected!

I can't log in to my account
Are you trying to log in, but get in a loop that sends you back to the login page? One common cause for this is the use of a VPN like NordVPN. Try temporarily turning off your VPN, then logging in, and you shouldn't have any problems. You can also try logging in using an incognito browser. Skej is offering times I'm busy or doesn't seem to know what's on my calendar
If Skej is suggesting times that conflict with events on your calendar, the first thing to check is your Calendar Settings.
Make sure all relevant calendars are selected so Skej can see your full availability. This can include:
Work calendars
Personal calendars
Shared or team calendars
If a calendar isn’t selected, Skej cannot see those events and may assume that time is available. You can review this anytime in your Calendar settings.
