Connecting Multiple Calendars

Connect multiple calendars to check for conflicts

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Sometimes your primary work calendar doesn't include all of your event conflicts. You might have events on your personal calendar, a secondary work calendar, or a shared calendar that you want Skej to check as well.

Skej can check unlimited calendars for conflicts, ensuring nothing gets double-booked.

Adding Multiple Calendars

If you want to add additional calendars, or make sure all your calendars are already selected, navigate to Settings and then navigate to Connections.

You can add additional calendars by connecting to additional Google or Outlook accounts. You can also select multiple calendars per account if your primary account already has access to other shared calendars.

To everyone else, there's no way to know what calendars you've selected, Skej will simply avoid scheduling over existing events.

Selecting Which Calendar to Send Invites From

When Skej sends out a calendar invite on your behalf, you typically want it to send the invite and write the event to the calendar associated with the email you're using. Skej will not send invites to all of your calendars and accounts, only to a single calendar. To ensure Skej uses the calendar of that email, go to the Calendars Tab in your scheduling skills and select "Use Default Calendar per Email Address"

You can also choose alternate calendars if you want.
