Using Your Booking Link

Skej booking links aren’t just static pages — they’re AI-powered scheduling assistants. When someone opens your link, they can chat directly with your assistant right on the page to find the perfect time to meet.

💬 Using Your Booking Link

Once your booking links are set up, sharing them is the easiest way to let people book time with you. Whether you’re sending a link to a client, candidate, or teammate, Skej makes the process fast, personal, and completely automated.

🧭 How It Works

When a guest clicks your booking link, Skej gives them multiple ways to schedule:

  • Browse your calendar: Guests can manually select from your available times.

  • Chat with Skej: If they have specific dates or times in mind, they can simply tell Skej in the chat — the assistant will instantly find openings that work.

  • Upload their calendar: Guests can upload a screenshot of their own calendar, and Skej will find a matching time automatically.

  • Share a Calendly link: If they already use a scheduling tool, they can paste their Calendly link and Skej will identify mutual availability.

  • Connect their calendar: Guests can optionally connect their own calendar so Skej can match both sides’ schedules instantly.

📅 Booking the Meeting

Once a time is chosen, the guest can:

  1. Enter their name and email address

  2. Add any additional guests if needed

  3. Confirm the meeting

Skej then sends a calendar invite and confirmation email to everyone involved — all automatically.

🔄 Rescheduling or Canceling

If anyone needs to cancel or reschedule, they can simply reply to Skej from the confirmation email. The assistant will handle the change and find a new time, keeping everyone informed.

💡 Quick Tips

  • The availability shown depends on which booking link you send. For example, your “30-minute chat” link will only show 30-minute slots, while a “1-hour meeting” link will show longer options.

  • If you’ve created multiple booking links with different durations, buffers, or hours, make sure to send the one that best fits the meeting type.
