Automatic Follow-Ups

How to configure automatic follow ups with Skej

Updated over 2 months ago

Setting Up Auto Follow-Ups in Skej

Auto follow-ups help you avoid the back-and-forth of chasing people for replies. If someone doesn’t respond to your meeting time suggestions, Skej can automatically send polite reminders on your behalf—no effort required.

How Auto Follow-Ups Work

  • When you send time suggestions through Skej, the recipient may not reply right away.

  • With auto follow-ups enabled, Skej will automatically send reminders if no response is received within the timeframe you choose.

  • You can control how soon Skej follows up and how many reminders Skej should send.

  • If there’s still no response after the final follow-up, Skej will let you know directly so you can decide what to do next.

Turning On Auto Follow-Ups

  1. Go to your Skej Dashboard.

  2. Open RulesFollow-Ups

  3. Toggle Auto Follow-Ups to On.

  4. Choose:

    • Timing → How long Skej waits before sending each follow-up (e.g., 2 days, 3 days, 1 week).

    • Number of follow-ups → How many reminders Skej should send before stopping.

  5. Save your settings.

Once enabled, Skej will handle follow-ups automatically on any meeting requests you send.

Things to Know

  • Follow-up messages are written to be professional and effective.

  • If the recipient replies before a scheduled follow-up, Skej will not send it.

  • After the final follow-up, Skej will notify you if there’s still no response.

  • You can turn auto follow-ups off at any time in Settings.

Pro Tip: Auto follow-ups keep your scheduling moving without extra effort. Set it once and let Skej handle the nudges.
